Shipping Terms
Shipping Charges of actual freight will be added to your final bill.
Once we receive your order, it will be ready for shipping within 24 hours (we do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday). Orders are shipped by UPS (or as per you specification).

Merchandise Return Policy
If an order is declined, a 15 % restocking fee will be due. Shipping charges will not be refunded and will be paid by the customer.

Terms of Delivery
All orders subject to acceptance by plant.  All shipments F.O.B. Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Goods returned without our consent will not be accepted or credited.  Accepted orders are not subject to cancellation and time is not the essence of this agreement.  This order constitutes the entire agreement.  We are not responsible for any verbal agreements which differ in any way from this order.  The legal rate of interest may be charged on all past due accounts on seller's option.  Merchandise remains property of the seller until fully paid.  Any dispute regarding from the matters involved in this transaction, including the validity, interpretation, performance or breech of this agreement shall be resolved in the courts in Miami, Florida, except for matters of $2500 or less, which are under the jurisdiction of  and shall be handled by the Broward County, Small Claims Division.  You agree to pay all court costs, legal fees, plus legal interest on any award. The parties agree that this agreement and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. You agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees, all court cost and any other fees incurred by as in the enforcement of This agreement plus interest, both pre-judgment and post judgment at the highest lawful rate.
