A signed copy of your 2023 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax
is required for Tax Exempt Processing.
This is the State Law.
For Tax Exempt Customers
If your company is Tax Exempt, please select "Tax Exempt" when choosing a tax region.
Enter your Tax Exempt Number in text box as prompted. No tax will be added to your order.
You Must Have Current Proper Documantation
When we receive your order, we will confirm that your company has provided us with a current copy of your signed Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax.
We must have the proper documentation in order to process your order free of tax.
If we do not have proper documentation and you have selected to be processed as "Tax Exempt",
sales tax will be added to your bill.
If you wish to use your Tax Exempt status and we do not have a copy of your signed certificate, you may select "Tax Exempt" as a tax region and mail or fax a copy to us. Please contact us immediately if you are sending us your documentation so we can hold your order until we receive a copy of your certificate.
